The parcel sits on Jamaica’s north coast in Trelawny, within the corridor anchored by the Harmony Cove integrated resort, which broke ground in 2025 after two decades in planning.
The first phase subdivides the land into quarter-acre residential lots, with roughly a quarter of the gross acreage reserved for roads, drainage, and common infrastructure. A surveyor’s layout is pending and will settle the final lot count. The second phase delivers homes on those lots.
