Each bar spans the actual period between acquisition and sale. Duration is the part of a real estate record that is hardest to fake and easiest to omit.

Approach
We unlock value and pursue opportunities others are unwilling and unable to execute. We look beyond cosmetic renovations to find square footage and functionality others overlook - arrears, liens, title issues, and unconventional transactions. We underwrite the path to resolution to return assets to productive use and realize appreciation gains.
Our furnished-rental strategy creates an alternative path to returns. Select properties are professionally curated and positioned for executives, relocating professionals, and medium-term residents. This gives us an income-producing strategy beyond the traditional flip or common lease - and provides flexibility when selling is not the most attractive option.
We sell when it makes sense - and own when ownership creates greater value. Not every successful investment ends with a sale. We selectively retain assets where recurring income, appreciation potential, or strategic value supports long-term ownership, including properties designed from the outset to operate rather than flip.
