The building arrived with closed, inefficient layouts, worn common stairs, and dated finishes throughout. Rather than refresh three similar apartments, we rebuilt each unit around a different tenant profile — and combined two floors into a single duplex for the one that mattered most.
The renovation covered the full building envelope and interior, and the $200,000 figure includes the furniture package. Every unit is legal and permitted.
